|||||
Hello, The last time I encouraged you to set goals. Did you write down five you wish to have done by this time next year and then look around for opportunities to reach those goals? As the adage goes, you cannot get to where you do not know you are going. If you are new here or missed the last issue, the links to all newsletter back issues are available in the Financial Freedom Resource Center. Today's theme is budget planning. I just finished a new 30 page eBook on the topic that also is available in the Resource Center for you absolutely free.
One of my goals is to consistently give you ideas and encouragement to help you meet your goals. I am VERY grateful you have joined me and look forward to providing a lot of ideas to stimulate your thinking and inspire you to action. Let me know how I can help and keep those questions coming in. I will soon be putting them in this newsletter and on my future Financial Freedom Radio Podcasts. Oh, and if you have not already done so, would you please send this off to a friend or two who you think might benefit? I appreciate it. David Kimball
Make a Grocery List If you do not make and use a grocery list, you will buy whatever appeals to you and in the end, spend more than you should. Purchase only the items on your list. Not only will you save money at the checkout, you will save extra gas returning for items you forgot. How many times have you gone to the store for a few items, purchased things you had not planned to buy, and come home without at least one of the items you originally went to buy?
Personal Budget Planning, Are You Prepared?
Effective personal budget planning will help you to meet your goals of financial management, not deprive you of them. In this series of articles, you will learn the steps to take to help prepare you for all that life throws at you.
Next month, I will begin to bring you Financial Freedom Radio. With each successive episode, you are going to learn how to save money, get out of debt and live financially free with effective strategies to inspire you to action. In the meantime, send in your money related questions and tips to help others. I will include them to help you and others obtain financial freedom.
Before anything else, preparation is the key to success.
For which of you, intending to build a tower, sitteth not down first, and counteth the cost, whether he have sufficient to finish it?
